New investor, looking for advice and mentors to help me with my journey.

Hey BP, my name is Keaton Mashensic and I am 15 years old. I have started studying real estate in the pas 6 months. I am looking for so feedback and advice for my plan and anything else I can do to have the most successful career. I plan to continue studying and anylazing real estate until I am able to get my liscence. I want to get my license so I can be my own agent avoiding realtor fees. I am also going to college, right now I am struggling on picking a major. I want to hopefully open my own real estate firm in the future. I plan to go to a 2 year community college to dodge debt and loans, than transferring to a 4 year. I was thinking about double majoring in real estate and finance, that minoring in urban planning. Any other recommendations? While attending the 4 year, I plan to buy a triplex. I would house hack as that would allow me to but as little as 3.5% down. I would than get a few friends that go to the same college and look for them to live their. I would hopefully be able to charge enough to pretty much let me live for free. The university I go to would be heavily decided by what area has the best house market for that plan. (I am going to university as my parents prefer me to) That is my current plan, any recommendations would be appreciated- Thanks!!
