Hello,

I am a new investor and I am looking for my first BRRRR deal. I have been a listening member of BP for over a year now, and ready to just take that leap of faith. I have been in contact and made connections with a few contractors that I have personally worked with on my home. I am having conversations with lenders and still open to any more connections that can be made in that space. I have been using the analyzer and have been analyzing a current property I have interest in. I was just hoping to get some type of insight on this deal? What should I be looking for as a new investor? Is there anyone out there with connections in Michigan/ Metro Detroit area that can assist with funding, contractors, and even more? Any tips, advice, or information would be helpful. Thanks
