Go see a listing that's not under contracts at my offer price?

Hi everyone.

To those who have multiple offers sent out. Are you going to the property even if its NOT under contract and EMD NOT in escrow? It needs everything so just negotiate terms and EMD instead of your buy number. What are you pro investors doing to lock up your deals? My offers are for west PHX and under $400K homes build 2005 and older.

Are you asking if you should walk a property before putting it under contract? I would. There is plenty of wholesalers that don't but I disagree with that. How are you supposed to know the condition what your offer is based on what the seller says? Sure you can negotiate but I think it would save everyone's time by walking or having someone take pictures/video for you then agreeing on the deal.
