Fix and Flip to Buy and Hold

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $180,000

I originally purchased this property as a flip using my retirement account, but after reviewing the numbers, I decided to hold it long-term due to the strong cash flow.

I’m always looking to connect with investors who have the capital but not the time to manage deals. If you're interested in putting your money to work in real estate, let's talk!
