Purchase price: $223,000
Cash invested: $15,000
tri-plex with 2 car garage, small fenced back yard, every project aside from new sewer line has been done by myself. Refurbished hard wood floors, door way trim and base board trim, updated appliances, furnished basement unit, new water main/water meters and a new concrete walk way. Eventually down the road I'll be replacing cabinets in the kitchen on the main floor, fully update all appliances on each floor and changing the roof from shingle to metal roofing.
