Purchase price: $79
Cash invested: $65

fix and flip. turned from 2/2 to 4/3.5 by adding attic.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

on market. listed at 95k, we bought it on 79k.

How did you finance this deal?

hard moneys lender

How did you add value to the deal?

add attic (was partially existed)

too small rooms in the attic, I would have made them one instead of two rooms.
