Looking for an investor to partner with
I am currently looking for an investor with working capital who is interested in funding the purchase and renovation in the Vancouver, BC housing market. Investor can either be a local or foreign investor.
Investor:
- Provides capital for purchase, all closing costs and associated fees
- Funds the renovation costs
- Collects 50% of the profit from the sale
Me:
- Finds the deal, looks after all of the details from start to finish, works with the realtor (already have a top agent in place), deals with all of the necessary paper work, permits, etc.
- Looks after ALL of the renovation aspects, contractors, permits, zoning, inspections, etc.
- Fully redesigns, stages and works with realtor to list the house
- Provides investor with a detailed summary of all costs before signing the deal, provides investor with weekly or monthly updates (however often is requested) on costs breakdown and timeline management for the project
- Provides investor with fully notarized written and signed agreement outlining all the details regarding transaction between both parties
- Timeline goal: 60-90 days renovation and re-listing of property from closing date.
