@janacain Thanks! Its a block off of Fruitvale near E.27th St. Theres been some serious appreciation in the area similar to most of Oakland so Im anxious to do my refi and start the fun hunt for the next property! I hear Richmond is blasting off to outer space these days with all the development and the new ferry terminal opening up??
