Live On Long Island, NY. Favorite Cities Nearby For Rentals?
Hi, I live on Long Island, NY and am looking for a rental property to invest in.
I know given my location, that a lot of properties nearby are rather expensive, and the numbers arent the best for investment.
So I am not opposed to being 1-3 hours away from my investment property (but please correct me if this is a bad call, this would be my first investment). Some of the towns I am looking at are Bridgeport CT, or somewhere in Upstate NY that is desirable.
What do you think of the choices that I am considering? Do you have any recommendations?
I have a property I would like to either find a co-investor or sell. I would be willing to discuss further.
