What software and or programs do you use to keep everything organized? I am looking for something to help track, categorize and keep organized financials, maintenance, and leases. I am hoping to find one that is easy sufficient and doesn’t cost a lot. One that my renters can pay their rent through that won’t charge them and won’t hold my money for days. I am wondering which programs you have found works the best. I appreciate any input!
