Toilet Issues For Tenant

Hello fellow investors,

One of my tenants is having an issue with their toilet. It keeps on clogging, and I am wondering if it is worth it to keep trying to troubleshoot and spend a little money here and there (its an old toilet) or just replace the whole thing. If so, any thoughts on a reasonable quote for replacement?
