Out of State Management

Hello BP!

I've been able to manage my property out of state thanks to good tenant screening, a wonderful SF rental, and choosing to buy in the Columbus, GA area. 

Right now I have a limited network of real estate professionals. I was hoping someone on here would have either recommendations either real estate agents or property managers that would assist the out-processing inspecting, new viewing, in-processing the next tenant. I'm hoping to bring someone on long term because I love the property and area. I would like to have a role in tenant screening because I enjoy the process.
