Hi,

I am looking to house hack a multifamily property, I am handy I prefer to have some else to take care of resident needs. What are the usually monthly, quarterly, yearly expenses? And how might that vary by state for seasonal and regular maintenance, repairs, upkeep?

Mike

If you are housing hacking then this is one of the safest ways to learn how to be a landlord. You shouldn't hire a PM until you fully understand land lording and can now manage your PM.
