New to property management
Hello everyone,
I'm looking to start a rental property management business but i have no clue how to start. I want to start on solid foundation and I'm aware that I'll have to take the jump with imperfect knowledge and data at some point.
I'm located in QC, Canada and looking to do business here.
I have a few questions that i need insight on.
1. Should i build my network first or get my first client and use the infrastructure already in place?
2. How did you start tracking the management of your property? Pen and paper, application?
3. Since this is a side hustle for now, i can't go to the property, especially if it's STR which is more frequent and probably further from me. Any idea on overcoming this or should i tailor my service to be a 100% virtual PM?
