RentRedi Sign In Issues

Anyone struggling to log into RentRedi?  I have an account that I have not completely set up yet.  I want to utilize for a new rental property and everytime I try to log in, it takes me right back to the login page after I sign in and click "landlord".  The app also just spins and spins and never loads.  Is it just me??  User error??  Anyone else?
