Memphis TN and Zillow

Curious why Zillow shows hardly any homes for sale in Memphis yet across the border in Mississippi there are all sorts of neighboring homes for sale. Anybody know what is going on with the market there?

In my market, there are almost 10,000 homes on the market, but each market is different.

Supply and demand.

I would like to think there are deals in any market, but some you have to search for a little harder and longer.

Make sure you don't have some sort of filter on that is reducing the amount of results. Most likely a minimum price filter. Lol!
