New Jersey House Hacking Numbers
Hello, I've been looking at investing in New Jersey for a while and was wondering how other's deal/numbers are looking like before purchasing? If possible to give some example property's numbers. The large property tax and sometimes HOA fees make it hard to run the number on these. For insight this was the best deal I found that was in a good area. Rent $3700/month estimated with $870$ taken from property taxes, $2080 from the mortgage and $680 including the HOA fees/maintenance and vacancies.
