Good Morning all, I have recently opened up a recovery residence in Denver,Colorado. I have an amazing space that I am leasing however my margins are extremely thin and in order for me to profit I have to be at 100% occupancy. There is room for negotiations down the line.However as I have been able to get the home full right now I am constantly thinking of ways to promote the business and create new referral sources in order to maintain longevity.I have zero marketing experience.I would love any ideas.
