Goodmorning all, Im in need of some Advice from investors in the Kansas city Area. would like to go over some numbers/Data

Do you have a deal you are looking at?

Not just yet, what is your criteria for a successful Investment here in Kansas City Mo. Like how do you determine if a property to keep for the long run? what type of numbers are you looking for?

@Armoni Harper-franklin Every investor has different needs on their investment. Some are good with breaking even putting 25% down because it is a better return than current stock market, others want 6-8% cash on cash return and others want an IRR of 15%. All of these are achievable. Keep in mind Class A area will have lower returns than Class C and a Class A property will have lower returns than a class C etc...If all properties and locations generated same return, then their would be no reason for Class identification.
