Looking to connect with investors, have few student rental houses

Hi All, 

I am new to BiggerPockets and would like to connect with fellow members for investing opportunities. I have a student rental housing in Waterloo with positive cashflow. Looking to syndicate with other investors for few more properties in these areas - Flip and Fix, Multi-Family investments, Student rental and Land development. I have few investors who are willing to invest as well. If you are near by we can connect and meet in person.

Background : 32 yo, with Commercial real estate and Mortgage Modelling experience, worked in big firms of wall street and Banks.
