STR trends palm springs

Hi BP community,

I'm exploring different markets and was wondering about palm springs. I've come across some of the regulations and saw that they will now be limiting to 26 rental contracts per year... just to clarify, this means they'll be restricting it to 26 stays, correct? So for example if each stay is 2 nights, STR property can only be rented out for 52 nights per year?
