How can I structure this into an owner finance deal
Sellers Owes: $319,500
Monthly Payment: $2300
Zip: 30656
Currently lives in Florida and doesn't want to have to continue to pay two mortgages.
Any recommendation on how I create an opportunity from this scenario?

FHA is assumable, but even if you buy it for 320 and sell it for 340, you would lose money after closing costs. Does not seem like enough margin, unless I am missing something, for a sell. If the payment is low, might be an opportunity to own it as a rental for a long time.
