Good insurance company? - Chapel Hill - NC - House hacking a duplex

Hello,

I may be buying a duplex, living in one unit, renting the other.  I talked to an insurance agent who is having trouble getting insurance that covers both rental and living in the duplex.  What insurance company can I talk to that does this type of insurance in NC?
