Good insurance company? - Chapel Hill - NC - House hacking a duplex

Hello,

I may be buying a duplex, living in one unit, renting the other.  I talked to an insurance agent who is having trouble getting insurance that covers both rental and living in the duplex.  What insurance company can I talk to that does this type of insurance in NC?

Thats unfortunate but not necessarily uncommon to hear when working with insurance agencies that are unfamiliar or unexperienced working with rental properties.
