Guys and gals Is this an opportunity or not, I want your advice ?
This triplex has no curb appeal but seems to have great potential for house hacking in Congress Park, Denver . 3 units, someone could live on the main floor and rent the other 2. It also has 15 spaces of parking . I am thinking the rents will come close to paying the PITI.
What do you think, is it worth following up on this or does the market not support this house hack?
