I have decided in investing in Arlington TX for MTR/STR.

Hi House.

I have decided toinvestments. Luxury 2bed 1bath condo in Arlington TX for the MTR investment strategy. I am interested in hosting Transplant patients,TNs ,Medical professionals, PHD STUDENT'S, working professionals etc.

Do you think it's a wise decision, this is my first investment.

Congrats on taking the first step! Before deciding between MTR and STR reach out to the condo association to determine what type of rentals are allowed. Sometimes HOAs will have rental restrictions in place banning short term rentals.

 rent by the room, long term, and short term

@Ab Okoeguale Better checkout out the Arlington STR regulations. They are very strict and allow only in a small geographic area. I don't think there are any condos in the designated area.

Basically it is an area near the stadiums.
