Drop Your City — I’ll Tell You If It’s a Good Midterm Rental Market

I get asked almost daily: “Nick, do you think my city works for midterm rentals?

Let’s make this fun and helpful for everyone!

Drop your city + a few details below (like nearby employers, hospitals, or universities), and I’ll give you my quick take on whether it has solid MTR potential.

I’ve been helping hosts analyze markets across the U.S. — from healthcare hubs to engineering project cities — and I love sharing insights.

Rancho Cordova, CA - there's a VA hospital down the street, and a Kaiser Permanente around the block. Always wondered how medium term rentals would fare here with the hospitals nearby.
