As many of you know the G passed a bill last year that put thousands of dollars to towards auditing an income level that many of us investors are in.  I've always had audit-proof books. I even passed an audit 100% in 2020. However, this past year I joined a $100k business coaching program and travelled a lot to look at out of state and out of country rental properties to grow my business.  Tom Wheelright says document to win, so I'd like to go beyond merely my bookkeeper keeping receipts with quickbooks and all that.  I'm looking for a form (or template) to document each of these trips, dates, meeting with real estate professionals, program training, etc.  Does anyone have something like this?  My tax expert does not.
