Networking with SEC Attorney/CPA

My partner and I are at a fork in the road and are looking to network with a SEC Attorney and a CPA. We have question about SEC compliance and how to structure an LLC with members. We are also wanting more education on using a self-directed IRA to invest with. Any recommendations on books or other resources about these topics would be greatly appreciated.
