What to do after I receive warranty deed?

This is First time I'm purchasing a home via seller finance to my LLC. We are set to close next week. I've seen copies of the HUD and Deed. I've done the title search and everything appears to be on the up and up. Besides obtaining title insurance and ensuring the closing agent records the deed is there anything I should ensure happens before and after the purchase? Any advice or pitfalls to be aware of? I've got about 80k worth of rehab to do and don't want to make a serious error. Thanks in advance for helping out a newbie

Nothing to do with the deed, but I always call the city.   Pending actions and large utility balances don't show up in title searches.
What kind of deed are you receiving?   Here we have a warranty fulfillment deed that is signed but not recorded until the SF loan is satisfied in full.
