I bought a regular house in Florida, rented part of it out, and just like that—my tenants were covering my mortgage. That one move changed everything for me. If you’re new and feeling stuck, don’t wait for “perfect”—just get in the game with what you’ve got. House hacking doesn’t have to be fancy—it just has to work. What’s the smartest move you’ve made with your first property?

The house hack is a big unlock for anyone that sticks with it . You reduce housing expenses so you can save more. Then, you repeat as long as possible. Many investors have had great success with this strategy.
