Three Generations, One Legacy

I don’t usually get too sentimental online, but this photo hit me hard—my wife, my mom, and my 96-year-old grandma all in one shot. Three generations of powerhouse women. Each one shaped my life in a different way.

My grandma? She’s not just alive—she’s thriving. She got remarried at 93. Yeah, 93! Still dresses sharp, still gives life advice like she’s 40, and still calls me out if I miss a detail on a real estate deal.

When people ask me why I invest, it’s not just about cash flow or net worth. It’s about family. About building something that outlives you. It’s making sure your kids, your parents—even your grandkids—have a foundation.

I wrote a short piece about what my grandma taught me, and how it’s changed the way I look at investing.

If you’ve ever had someone in your life who gave you perspective, who reminded you to think long-term—this one’s for you.

→ I’m curious—who inspired your real estate journey? Drop a story below.
Let’s celebrate the people behind the hustle.
