How to compensate a buyer’s agent without paying comission

As a new wholesaler, I have been doing agent outreach to get leads for my business. Usually they are on market but the ones I am currently looking at are off market so how would I compensate the buyer’s agent who put me on an mls search if the seller isn’t paying comission?

Are the agents sending you off market deals or are you finding them on your own?

I typically send my clients off market deals that everyone can see like on FB or on wholesalers lists. If I send them one and they jump on it, I dont expect anything.

I feel like they would list it with me or buy more with me in the future.

I'm sure there are ways to compensate them but I never expect it.

If the realtor brought it to you that's something you guys are going to have to negotiate. If it had nothing to do with the other realtor no need to pay.
