I would reach out to a bigger amount of people.. You have two things in Wholesaling: 1. 1-3 buyers that are the go to people each time that you have built over the years 2. Build a list of a ton of people, this is by getting people off FB, buying lists, and checking title on flips

@Ryan Succetti Hey Ryan, there's certainly a lot more funds/people in San Diego chasing deals than the number of deals that exist. So if the deal is decent especially for a flip you won't have issues finding an investor. If you have a great flip opportunity then there are plenty of people on here that can connect you with their network to get this deal done, including myself. Congrats on finding your first deal!
