If you’re willing to put in the time for education and to gain experience and knowledge, you MAY be able to earn money “wholesaling”.  However, the profitable operators I know spend about $10,000 monthly on marketing, and it probably takes 3 months or more before closing your first deal.

90% of people who try wholesaling never make their first deal.

A number of structural changes are taking place which make wholesaling a more difficult strategy to successfully implement.
Regulators across the nation have decided that wholesaling real estate necessitates a broker’s license

Demand for housing is such that even "ugly" houses receive offers quickly on MLS if priced correctly

Home owners who don't want to deal with Realtors can get MLS marketing by engaging a fixed fee on line Realtor

With all the gurus, mentors, etc the number of people trying to wholesale has exploded.

I-BUYERS, (although some have failed) are buying homes needing fix- in bulk and reselling to both investors and owner occupants

Wholesaling is a BUSINESS.  For success it requires knowledge, skill and capital.
