Facebook Ads Special Ad Category for Wholesale Real Estate

Hey all,

I am wondering if it is necessary to select the "Housing" category for the Special Ad Categories to run fb ads in regards to wholesaling since I am not technically offering rent or sale options. Please let me know! Thanks in advance. God bless!

Hello, if you are not offering a sale or rent option you should be able to run ads without the special category. However, if you're account is for real estate wholesaling it's very likely that the platform won't let you run ads without the special category even if that specific ad is not selling anything.

Just try to run t ad and if the platform does not let you just put it under a special category.
