Hello Everyone My Name Is Rosendo Castellanos I Am 21 Years Old And Live In Austin Texas. I Have Been Learning About Wholesale Real Estate Via Youtube University And Social Media Platforms. I Am Willing To Do Anything To Be Successful In This And I Am Looking For Experienced People To Help Me Along The Way. I Want To Try And Get My First Deal By The End Of This Month I Am Tired Of Working At A Warehouse My Mental Health Is Taking A Hit From Doing The 9-5 Grind. If Anyone Is Willing To Help Me Or Have Some Advice Id Really Appreciate It. I Have Strategies In Mind To Start Getting Leads.

Hey @Rosendo Castellanos,

It's great to see how motivated you are. Just like @Eliott Elias said, wholesaling is not a "get rich quick business"; it takes time to structure your marketing channels, build systems, and achieve consistency. People give up on wholesaling because they set crazy expectations, thinking that it's an easy business to do. With that said, sure, you can probably get one deal without investing money into marketing, but that won't last. Spend most of your time on education, improving your communication and sales skills, learning about the different marketing channels, networking, and building relationships in the industry.
