I don't see a lot of people responding to these types of posts. I would suggest reaching out and building relationships with wholesalers through Facebook, Craigslist and of course local meetups.

 If you listed what you can bring to the table, you may have a bit more luck. If I made a post wanting to partner with others and I listed that I get houses under contract for 30 cents on the dollar, I bet everyone would sign up.

Who are you, what do you do, how many contracts have you closed on the last 30 days, how regularly do you get deals and in what area?

That woudl help.
