County Lis Pendens list only has HOA filings? Looking for mortgage company’s?

Called my county recorder and clerks office in Phoenix Az and asked for the records of people behind on their mortgage filed from the mortgage companies and they didn’t really know about it. Didn’t know how in Maricopa county you could find the lis pendens that aren’t just filed from the HOAs only? Would like to get to the preforeclosures before auction date is
