I’m just getting started in wholesaling here in Worcester County, Massachusetts, and I’m actively building out the foundation of my business. As I move from learning to taking real action, I’m looking to connect with professionals who understand this market and can be part of a long-term team.

• Reliable real estate attorneys or title companies who are wholesale-friendly and understand assignment and JV contracts in Massachusetts

• Proven contract templates or resources (especially MA-specific) that are beginner-friendly yet solid enough to protect everyone involved

• Investor-friendly realtors or agents who understand creative strategies and wouldn’t mind working with someone new to the game, but serious about doing business the right way, and bringing value
