Rochester, NY properties on MLS seem to have reached a peak in the past month, but seem to be coming down ... thankfully. Any recommendations for reputable wholesalers or a good source for off-MLS deals (Singe- or multi-family) in Rochester, NY (Southeastern part of the City)? Thanks.
