Hello
I got a call the other day from an estate that is looking to sell a triplex ASAP. I'm not sure how to value this thing? I know the 3 units rent for about $1500 a month total, assessed at $53k, needs about $8-$10k in work. Could I wholesale this property to another investor?
Anyone know how to value a triplex?
