Lets make a deal!
I am a license contractor in Mphs Tn. I have a great network with other contractors in my city. Anytime we have an overflow of rehab work, we will hire one another to run differ jobs. Anyway, most of these guys are not interested in real estate investing but will call me about any potential deals.If I close on the lead, I give them a fee($500). I just wanted to share with you all another way that I am able to find other deals outside of the reos. This have been a powerful network for me because these guys are meeting and talking to so many people whom I would have never met. I would say that about 85% of the calls I get are not deals that I can work, but I know someone in my area that will sub2 just about half of these homes. I will give a little details about the latest deal I have going also.
