What are the next few steps?
I was recently contacted by an investor/wholesaler who has a house under contract for $17,000. He connected w me because we both live in Philadelphia. He's seeking a buyer for the property and asked for my help in finding one who may be interested in it. What should be the next 2-3 steps that I take? Btw, he gave me a link to the property address, pics, specs.
