investor Friendly Real Estate Attorneys

Hi everyone,

I am local in Fairfield County, CT. I was wondering if anyone had a great real estate attorney that has experience in assignment closings (a.k.a wholesale transactions). I had a lawyer but he has since moved down south and isn't barred in CT (if that's how you say it) anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
