Looking for advice on best Insurance companies to try for Small Motel quote

Hello, 

I am in the process of purchasing a small motel in CA and looking for any insight/advice on best companies to get quotes from for an 8 room motel in CA.  Any help would be appreciated, its been a challenge insuring properties lately!
