Umbrella Insurance for rentals but no primary address

Hello to all the wonderful members of this community. You have never failed responding to my doubts and I am hoping I get your help in my current situation. 

We have rentals right now that each have landlord insurance and I am looking into buying an umbrella insurance policy for added liability coverage. We keep traveling so at the moment we don't have a primary address or  a rental address and some of the umbrella insurers I have talked to, require me to have a primary policy or a renters policy before I can get an umbrella policy. 

Please help me - which providers may provide umbrella insurance in my situation? any other ideas to get umbrella or liability coverage like umbrella?
