What company still insures investment property in bay area, CA?

I have been a long term Amica insurance customer and they insure my many properties.  Today when I called to inform them that I am 1031 exchanging 2 properties to 1 property in CA, they told me that they just changed their underwriting strategy in California last week due to the string of wildfires so they are not taking any new investment property at the moment.  Specifically, I am looking around Belmont, Burlingame areas.  Does anyone know of any great insurance agent or company that I can work with for my next investment property?  It'll be a multi-unit property.  Thanks!
