tenant turnover for out of state investing

hey so i have my first out of state tenant turnover, tenant is moving out 8/31/2025, so in two months

i have fired my property manager months ago because they weren't good and its very easy to manage a property yourself thanks to technology. only thing is i need help with this first tenant turnover. please guide me. have a blessed one
