Buying rental property in PA and I am in NJ

Hello Team,

I am new here and am interested in purchasing a rental property in Pennsylvania with a friend through a limited liability company (LLC) as we are considering expanding our business. We currently reside in New Jersey.

I have read some articles that suggest registering an LLC in Pennsylvania instead of New Jersey, as this may be more advantageous or we need to register it as Foreign Registration. Could you please confirm this information?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with resources that outline the step-by-step process of achieving this goal/process. I am also interested in exploring financing options for the property purchase.
