What's up. Novice wanna-be property investor here.

I was wondering if anyone had some sight on investing in 1-2 bedroom condos along the Myrtle Beach coastline??
they look cheap enough around $125-200k for a decent unit.

Has anyone did anything like this??

Hey Elio - I just closed in May on a 1 bedroom condo in Myrtle. This was my first investment property but so far so good. Granted, my timing was solid as we were entering peak season so I haven't gone through a winter yet. I currently have the onsight property manager in place which is quite expensive but plan to attempt self managing come October.

I found a really good agent to help me navigate the market, which was a huge help being that I'm out of state. I'm still a novice myself but happy to try to answer any questions.
